01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the PK Bet platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PK Bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of PK Bet after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. PK Bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for changes periodically.

02Eligibility

Access to and use of PK Bet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK Bet is strictly an adults-only entertainment platform.
• You must register and maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your account details current.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PK Bet employee or associated partner.

03Account Registration

To access betting markets, slots, fish games and the VIP programme, you must register a PK Bet account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals.

• Each player is entitled to one account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name, is a breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• PK Bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact player support immediately.
• You must keep your registered email address, phone number and payment details accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or account verification.
• PK Bet reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses. Verification documents may include a valid national ID or other government-issued identification.

Account registration constitutes your agreement to receive platform communications relevant to your account, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates and responsible gaming reminders.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PK Bet are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. These figures are in PKR and may be updated periodically.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that matches the account holder's registered identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• PK Bet reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts.
• Funds in your account balance that are subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on PK Bet, including cricket, PSL markets, football, esports and all other sportsbook markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. PK Bet reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or rescheduled will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant market as stated in the sportsbook at the time of placing.
• Cricket matches affected by weather, rain interruptions or DLS recalculations will be settled according to the official result as declared by the governing cricket body.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market interface.
• PK Bet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, where match integrity is in question, or where unusual betting patterns suggest abuse of the system.
• Parlay and accumulator bets are available across eligible markets. Each leg must be settled as a win for the accumulator to pay out. Void legs reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs.
• PSL fixture odds and markets are published as soon as official schedules are confirmed. Pre-match and live betting are both available for PSL matches.

06Bonuses and Promotions

PK Bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a wagering requirement before any resulting funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that expire before requirements are met will be removed from the account.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the sections of the platform specified in the individual offer. Where no restriction is stated, bonus funds can be used across all platform sections.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• PK Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from promotions where abuse or breach of these terms is identified.
• Winnings generated from free spins or bonus credits are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

07VIP Programme

The PK Bet VIP programme rewards consistent players across all platform sections — sports betting, slots, fish games and live casino. Points are accumulated based on PKR wagered and contribute to tier progression within the programme.

• VIP points are awarded for real-money wagers placed across eligible platform sections. Play funded by active bonus balances may not contribute to point accumulation depending on the specific bonus terms.
• Tier progression thresholds, point values and rewards associated with each tier are defined within the VIP section of the platform and may be updated periodically.
• VIP cashback is credited in PKR and may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as stated in the VIP reward terms at the time of crediting.
• PK Bet reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values and reward structures at any time. Current registered members will be notified of significant changes through their registered account.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies to the individual account holder only.
• Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may have VIP status revoked and accumulated points forfeited.

08Slots, Fish Games and Live Casino

These rules apply to all casino and game-style sections of PK Bet, including slots, slot games, fish games and live casino:

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) or live-feed technology where applicable. PK Bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information screen. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Fish games involve skill and strategy elements alongside random chance. No game on the platform guarantees a return on any given session.
• Technical malfunctions during gameplay — such as disconnections, server errors or software faults — will be handled according to the game provider's standard policy. Incomplete game rounds affected by a documented technical fault may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• Live casino tables operate in real time with live dealers. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not qualify for bet voidance — it is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

09Responsible Gaming

PK Bet is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. The platform is designed for adults who choose to participate in online gaming and sports betting as a form of leisure, within their personal financial means.

• Always set a clear PKR budget for your gaming sessions before you start. Only use funds you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment.
• Never attempt to chase losses. If a session has not gone your way, the correct decision is to stop — not to deposit more in an attempt to recover.
• Set time limits for your sessions. The platform offers tools to help you track session duration and overall activity.
• PK Bet provides self-exclusion options for players who feel their gaming is becoming difficult to manage. Contact player support to activate a self-exclusion period.
• Deposit limits can be set within your account settings to cap daily, weekly or monthly deposits in PKR.

10Account Suspension and Closure

PK Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where a breach of these terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or from the same device or household
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions in a fraudulent or abusive manner
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner designed to exploit odds errors or guarantee returns through arbitrage
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity through the platform
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or policy violations may be forfeited. Legitimate balances unrelated to the breach may be returned at PK Bet's discretion following a review.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the PK Bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PK Bet or its licensed content partners.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from the PK Bet platform without prior written permission.
• Game titles, images and software available on the platform are provided under licence from third-party game providers and remain the property of those providers.
• Any unauthorised use of PK Bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

PK Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, PK Bet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions outside of PK Bet's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions and deposit choices
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions

PK Bet's total liability for any verified platform error is limited to the value of the stake or transaction directly affected by that error. This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

PK Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date displayed at the top.

For material changes that significantly affect how the platform operates or your rights as a player, PK Bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders through their registered contact details. However, it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
